Get Sweet Stuff was Hershey’s first-ever national “collect and get” program, designed specifically for the convenience store (c-store) channel. Shoppers could purchase their favorite Hershey products, track purchases through a digital punch card, and earn $5 reward codes for the Hershey’s Online Store. Codes were stackable, encouraging repeat purchases — the more they bought, the more they earned.
The program was developed in response to shopper insights revealing inconsistent purchasing behavior. By introducing a simple and rewarding loyalty mechanic, Get Sweet Stuff drove engagement and incentivized frequency like never before.
